IMPLEMENTATION OF A FACIAL RECOGNITION SYSTEM IN POLICE INVESTIGATIONS
Keywords:
Facial recognition systems are built on computer programs that analyze images of human faces for the purpose of identifying them. It is a barometric system that can be used passively, that is, without the knowledge, consent or participation of the subject. The goal of this study will try to identify, define and develop the procedures and requirements necessary to implement a use case that allows to put into operation a facial recognition system, based on open sources. In essence, the operation will consist of introducing an image of a person concerned, the system will perform a double task. First of all it will carry out a sweep of facial recognition by different social networks to track their profiles. Secondly, the system will receive the images captured both in real time and in deferred time and then it will make the comparison with an image of the person of police interest. If there is a case of positive correlation. the system will record the data and produce a warningAbstract
